RENTAL TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS |
- Rental hours are only between 9:00am-4:00pm for our regular boats and 9:00am-5:00pm for our premiums (rentals returned late are subject to a late fee of $125.00 for every 15 minutes late).
- Renter/driver of boat must be 25 years or older
- Renter must have a valid driver's license and credit card present at time of rental (even if paying in cash).
- Rental can be paid cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover card-- no checks or American Express accepted.
- No pets or barbeque grills allowed on rentals; no exceptions.
- Rental fees do not include gas, oil, or any applicable state sale taxes.
- All ski boats hold a maximum capacity of 6 persons, all pontoon boats hold a maximum capacity of 10 persons -- any boat that is over maximum capacity will be ticketed and the rental contract will be terminated immediately without refund.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY |
| A $50.00 non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee is applied to your credit card to hold your boat reservation (we take a $50.00 deposit per boat). If you cancel, reschedule, and/or change your reservation, it will cost you the deposit you put down on the boat. In addition, the FULL rental fee will be charged for any reservation that is cancelled, rescheduled and/or changed at any time within the prior 3 days of the reservation date (for example, if the reservation date is July 25th, the time frame that it would cost you the full price of the rental instead of the deposit would be July 22nd to July 25th). A 'no show' to the reservation will also be charged the FULL rental fee. |
